New Services for Project Managers and Facilitors

Out of my experience with result documentation I created two services that I offer to other consultants and facilitators. 

Live Mapping
With Live-Mapping I am present at your event and write the results or discussion outcomes directly in a Mindmap. This Mindmap is projected to a screen and can be distributed to the participants after the event. 

Fast transcriptions (Schnelldokumentation) 
You can send me the photos of your flipcharts or pin boards directly after the event. We transcribe them and process them to legible and presentable Word documents or Powerpoint presentations. You will receive them within 3 - 4 work days after your event and can start within one week with the implementation.

Well processed results for a faster implementation
In contrary to many other facilitators I love the processing of workshop results. Fast and legible results have a big impact on the follow-up of a workshop and can speedup your project. After one week the participants are still energized and motivated. After several weeks the daily business as evaporated this energy. Avoid this with fast and well processed result. This can save you weeks or months in a longer project.
