World Cafés

Using the World Café method you can conduct workshops on specific questions or topics with departments or whole functions, e.g. goal setting, innovation, teamwork, etc.

Based on clear principles, World Café creates the space for personal creativity, talk, teamwork, innovation, problem solving and fast exchange. In this way I help you to tap your creativity, use your resources efficiently and ensure growth. The results are collected in the 'harvesting' process and can be prioritized immediately by the participants.

Developping new ideas with the board game 'Stadtspieler'

The game 'Stadtspieler' is a new playful way to develop creative ideas for a community, a city or for an organization. Stadtspieler is a strategic board game for four to six people. In a major event it is played at multiple tables at the same time on a fictitious city map. On this map the players build a city or village according to their imagination, experience and their ideas.
They form with beeswax figures and buildings to present their ideas. In the game all are equal, whether young or old. Any idea can be put on the table. It's amazing how kneading the beeswax encourages creativity and how well the cooperation functions at the table, no matter how different the participants are.

Depending on the topic, I will propose other workshop methods such as OpenSpace or Future Conference, to create the appropriate workshop design for your needs.

One example: i-net Tech-Trend-Forum 2014

On 27 October 2014 the first i-net Tech-Trend forum took place in Basel. The participants of this event discussed the actual Techtrends in Livesciences, Medtech, ICT, Cleantech and Nano technology. The format of this event was a world-cafe and the discussions were vibrant and full of ideas. In this video you can see the atmosphere of the event that took place at the Launchlabs in Basel.
